How do I book?
TIXSTAR allows you to book directly from authorised providers across sports & entertainment events. You simply choose the product listing you want to book, choose the number of people and click Book Now. You may then complete a registration form, which the seller receives at the time of booking, and complete the transaction with payment details.
What happens once I book?
Once you have booked, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all details of your purchase. This outlines your next steps, which will include the seller contacting you via email or phone to confirm and provide your package/ticket information for entry to the event. Am I paying more?
No - all prices are listed by the vendor selling the experience and are the same prices as advertised across the board. All vendors listing their events and packages for sale do so controlling all pricing.
Does TIXSTAR own all of these events?
No - TIXSTAR provides you a simple platform of a wide range of sports & entertainment experiences that are being sold by teams, leagues, venues, event promoters, travel package operators and experience providers. We allow you to book these events, packages and experiences directly in the easiest way.
I have received my confirmation email, what happens next?
Once you have received confirmation of your booking, the seller you have booked with (outlined at the bottom of your confirmation email) will contact you via email or phone to confirm fulfilment and provide package/ticket information for entry into the event. I haven't received my package and tickets, who do I contact?
If you have not received contact from the seller after you have booked, please contact the TIXSTAR Customer Service Team on (03) 9257 3255 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or on email email@example.com. Alternatively, if you have received contact from the seller but have not received your package and ticketing information you can contact the seller directly or contact the TIXSTAR team to immediately follow up on your behalf.
